Thank You card using Create a Critter Cricut Cartridge

Hi everyone!

Today's card was so fun to make!  I love the little animals on the Create a Critter cartridge.  I think it's their smiles - all kinda crooked and sweet looking!  My second grader's teacher gave me a Longaberger coffee mug and Starbuck's gift certificate to show her appreciation for her room representatives this year.  How nice of her!!  You'd think she already knew me - love the coffee!

I decided to give her a thank you card using my Cricut since she has the original Cricut and we had a nice chat about how great the machines are ;~).

I love this paper, it's thick & heavy, super shiny & embossed - it really feels good in your hands, if you know what I mean.

  • Paper - DCWV Citrus Stack 8x8".  White plain card stock.
  • Cricut cartridge - Create a Critter, bear (4") with Layer 2 and Shadow & dialog box under Phrase with the Seal.
  • Ribbon - Joann's
  • Stamps - acrylic set from Michael's
 Thanks for looking!

  1. A while back I was looking for a thank you card for a friend's son. I had zero luck finding what I was looking for. I told a group of friends about this problem one night while we were having a few drinks. We proceeded to get smashed and make up a bunch of greeting cards we found funny. I had been writing down the cards we made up and the next morning I read them. Much to my surprise the cards were still funny even when sober.
