In the sales aisle at Big Lots I found these great looking, puffy pink and black flowers by Creative Imaginations and I had to make a card to go with them! Now, whose birthday is coming up next????
The edges of the pink paper were distressed with a paper edge distresser made by Tim Holtz. I have a close up picture of it below. You need to use a little bit thicker paper to keep the edges of the paper from ripping. I also lay the edge of the paper along the edge of my desk to keep it from bending too much.
For the inside of the card I just took the same papers and reversed them so I could write on the inside with a black pen. I added a little bling with a rhinestoned flower!
