Happy Valentine's Day! Woof!

Hi Everyone!,

Happy Valentine's Day!!  I hope you all have a terrific day and treat yourselves like a princess - we all need that!

Since today is actually Valentine's Day I thought a little boy-ish card would be appropriate for my gang at home.  I used the Create a Critter cartridge and Martha Stewart's Punch around the Page system and made a little mom and son doggie Valentine's day card.

I used the Martha Stewart's Punch around the Page - Double Loops for the light tan cardstock and then ran it thru the Cuttlebug with the Paisley print.  The paper is from K&Co, Portabello Road.

This is a heart glued onto a paper clip I bought at Michaels.  And the ribbon was part of my special birthday organizer shelf rack from my bestie buddies!

For Little Doggie, I used Peachy Keen Stamps Every Day Character faces and Copic markers for his cheeks and tongue.  A little Gelly Roll pen aroud the eyes and across the nose brighten him up a bit!

This is how the cartridge cuts the face.  I just glued pink and black squares of cardstock under the nose & mouth.  I covered the eyes with googly eyes and drew in eyebrows and added a few freckles and check color.

2 Peas Heart's Delight font - so cute with the little hearts!

I hope you liked it!  Have a great day!
